Livingbase is home to 35 luxury serviced apartments, all with spectacular views over the city and are decorated to the highest standard. The style of accommodation ranges from studio through to double height duplex suites.. Each apartment consists of fully fitted kitchen, spacious livingdining areas, bedrooms with separate bathroom and each apartment benefits from either balcony or terrace access. SACO Birmingham is located in Brindleyplace, Birmingham's flagship mixed use development in the heart of the city's Convention Quarter. When staying at SACO Birmingham you will have over 30 restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all on your doorstep in addition to the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and Sea Life Centre which is only a few minutes walk from the apartments. Please note that guests must be over 25 and proof will need to be shown on check in. We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment may be required at the time of booking and this is non refundable. A security deposit of £350 per apartment will be required for each apartment booked and we are unable to guarantee that all apartments will be in the same building.
